We can help others meet Jesus!

The preschool children heard the story of John the Baptist preparing the way for Jesus. John had a message to tell people about someone stronger than him coming. We can also tell others about Jesus and what He has done for us. Spend some time with your kids sharing Christ with others as you prepare for this Christmas season.

1 Timothy 1:15 Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners

The kids heard the story of Isaiah predicting the birth of Jesus long before His birth. Sometimes we have to wait for things like the world waited for the Savior to be born.

God is Listening

Kiddie Clubs

The preschool kids heard the story from Genesis 21 of God helping Hagar and Ishmael. He heard their cry in the desert. God hears us as well. He is always listening.

Help your child use a prayer journal and keep track of prayer requests and answers. Rejoice together that God is always listening.

Big Idea: We are aliens in this world!

I Peter 2:11 I urge you as aliens in this world, to stay away from sinful things.

The elementary kids are learning about being different than the world around them. As Christians we have a different home, a different language, and different actions. It is so exciting to see the kids grasp this concept of being in the world but not of it.

Big Idea: God watches over us all the time!

Psalm 121:5a The Lord Himself watches over you.

Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego refuse to bow down to the statue in Daniel 3:1-30. The kids heard the story of God protecting these men in the fiery furnace. What a testimony to God's power and protection!

5 - K

Big Idea: God wants us to pray and give thanks.

I Thessalonians 5:17 Never stop praying.

After Daniel comes out of the lions' den unharmed, the king and Daniel rejoice and give thanks to God in Daniel 6:25-27. The kids heard about Daniel's faith and determination to pray even when threatened with the lion's den. This story is a reminder to never stop praying.
